Position:         General Manager - Project

Responsibilities:

• Lead project execution from conceptualization, feasibility studies, and budgeting through commissioning and final handover.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, CAPEX budgets, resource allocation plans, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, QA, EHS, Procurement, Utilities, Validation, contractors, and external consultants.
• Manage design reviews, plant layout finalization, equipment selection, and technical evaluations.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, costs, quality, and resource utilization to achieve project objectives.
• Supervise contractors, site activities, construction work, and safety compliance.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, EHS, statutory regulations, and applicable quality standards.
• Conduct project review meetings and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Maintain project documentation, change control records, and stakeholder communications.
• Lead commissioning, qualification, performance verification, and final project handover activities.
• Identify project risks, resolve execution challenges, and implement corrective actions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
