Position:        Shift Incharge - Production

Location:        Bhilad - Vapi

Experience:     5 - 7 Years

Industries:      Cosmetics

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities for cosmetic and personal care products such as creams, lotions, shampoos, soaps, and face washes.
• Manage batch preparation, raw material dispensing, mixing, heating, homogenization, and filling processes as per production requirements.
• Monitor production parameters to ensure product quality, consistency, and achievement of production targets.
• Handle manpower allocation and supervise operators during the assigned shift.
• Coordinate with the QC, QA, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth production operations.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.
• Maintain batch manufacturing records, production reports, and shift handover documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to minimize downtime.
• Identify process deviations, troubleshoot production issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, material utilization, and prevention of product wastage.

Required Skills:

• Experience in cosmetic or personal care product manufacturing.
• Knowledge of mixing, homogenization, filling, and packaging processes.
• Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and batch manufacturing documentation.
• Good manpower management, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
