Job Description:

Position:       Engineer /Sr. Engineer - Quality

Location:        Zaroli Nearby Bhilad

Experience:     3 - 5 Years

Industries:     Automobile

Responsibilities:        

• Monitor quality of incoming, in-process, and finished products.
• Conduct inspections as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate for corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection reports, and records.
• Identify quality issues, root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality problems.
• Monitor rejection, rework, and process deviations to improve product quality.
• Support implementation of 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement activities.
• Ensure compliance with company quality procedures and standards.
• Conduct final inspection and ensure products meet customer requirements.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of IATF 16949, PPAP, APQP, FMEA
• Proficient in quality tools (8D, 5 Why, SPC, MSA)
• Experience in surface finish/plating inspection
• Skilled in using measuring instruments & GD&T
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good in customer handling, documentation, and audits
• Familiar with 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement

Required Qualification:- Any Engineering 

Salary :- Upto 4.00 LPA
