Job Description:

Position:         Asst. Manager - Store

Location:        Daman

Experience:    6 - 10 Years

Industries:     FMCG

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including RM, PM and FG inventory.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, material issue and dispatch as per SOPs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/SAP and ensure stock accuracy.
• Monitor FIFO/FEFO, batch-wise inventory and expiry control.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality and Logistics departments.
• Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure proper warehouse housekeeping, safety and 5S practices.
• Monitor minimum/maximum stock levels and avoid stock-outs or excess inventory.
• Supervise store staff and allocate daily work responsibilities.
• Prepare inventory, stock movement and other MIS reports for management.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of FMCG warehouse & store operations
• Knowledge of Raw Material, Packaging Material & Finished Goods
• Inventory Management & Stock Control
• Knowledge of FIFO / FEFO & Batch Management
• Hands-on experience with ERP / SAP / WMS
• Material Receiving, Inspection, Storage & Issue
• Knowledge of GRN, Material Requisition & Stock Transfer

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto  5.40 LPA
