PPC Executive

Position:       PPC Executive

Location:       Manesar - Gurgaon

Experience:    3 - 4 Years

Industries:     Printing/Packaging

 Responsibilities:-

• Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
• Coordinate with , Prepress, Production, Quality, and Stores for timely job execution.
• Ensure all production jobs are created and updated accurately in the ERP system.
• Verify raw material availability before releasing jobs to production.
• Raise material requisitions/indents for paper, board, ink, coatings, and other consumables.
• Monitor work centre and machine loading for balanced production scheduling.
• Track Plan vs. Actual production and report daily deviations.
• Support BOM accuracy and routing updates in ERP.
• Coordinate with Stores to optimize inventory and utilize slow-moving materials where applicable.
• Maintain PPC reports, production dashboards, and planning documentation.
• Follow IMS procedures, SOPs, and quality documentation requirements.

 Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with ERP, MRP, BOM, and production scheduling.
• Good understanding of capacity planning and material planning.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and production reporting.
• Experience in the Printing/Packaging industry is preferred.
• Immediate or short notice joiners will be preferred.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary: - Upto 6.00 LPA
