Job Description:

Position:       R&D Chemist

Location:      Vatva - Ahmedabad

Experience:    3 - 7 Years

Industries:    Chemicals

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and development activities for new chemical processes and products.
• Perform organic synthesis, reaction optimization, and process development.
• Handle process scale-up from laboratory to pilot/production scale.
• Carry out reaction work-up, purification, and fractional distillation.
• Operate and handle pressure autoclave equipment as required.
• Prepare mass balance, experimental reports, and process documentation.
• Maintain technical know-how, laboratory records, and R&D documentation.
• Interpret analytical data and support troubleshooting of chemical processes.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of organic synthesis, name reactions, and spectral interpretation.
• Hands-on experience in process development and scale-up.
• Knowledge of pressure autoclave and fractional distillation.
• Good understanding of work-up, purification, and mass balance preparation.
• Strong analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.

 Required Qualification: - M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 4.20 LPA
