Job Description:

Position:       Production Supervisor

Location:      Sarigam near by Vapi

Experience:    1 - 3   Years

Industries:     Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day production activities as per production plans and SOPs.
• Monitor chemical manufacturing processes, batch operations, and plant parameters.
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, chemicals, and finished products.
• Operate and monitor equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, filters, pumps, and related process equipment.
• Maintain production records, batch sheets, logbooks, and shift reports.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and Stores departments for smooth production operations.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, GMP/ISO requirements, where applicable.
• Monitor manpower utilization and allocate work to operators/helpers.
• Identify process abnormalities and coordinate for timely corrective actions.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure safe working practices on the shop floor.
