Position:        Production Chemist

Location:       Vapi

Experience:    2 - 3 Years

Industries:     FMCG

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities as per production plan and targets.
• Manage manpower allocation and ensure smooth shift operations.
• Monitor production processes, productivity, and machine performance.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, HACCP, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments.
• Monitor raw material and packaging material availability and consumption.
• Maintain production records, reports, and shift handover documentation.
• Identify production issues, minimize downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices on the shop floor.
• Train and guide operators on processes, safety, and work standards.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of FMCG production processes.
• Strong manpower and shift management skills.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, 5S, and safety practices.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of production documentation and MS Excel.

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary: - Upto 3.00 LPA
