Position:          QC Manager

Location:         Umbergaon near by Vapi

Experience:      8-12 years

Responsibilities:      

          • Lead and manage the overall Quality Control (QC) department and inspection activities.
          • Develop and implement quality standards, procedures, and inspection plans for engineering products.
          • Monitor incoming, in-process, and final inspection of raw materials, components, and finished products.
          • Ensure products comply with customer specifications, drawings, and applicable quality standards.
          • Handle NCR, CAPA, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
          • Conduct and coordinate internal, customer, and third-party quality audits.
          • Manage calibration and maintenance of measuring and testing instruments.
          • Analyze quality data, rejection trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
          • Ensure proper maintenance of quality records, inspection reports, test certificates, and documentation.
          • Develop and monitor quality KPIs, rejection rates, rework, and customer complaints.
          • Lead and train QC inspectors and technicians on quality procedures and inspection methods.
          • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and relevant engineering industry standards.
          • Drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S, and process improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve productivity.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and other relevant regulations is a plus.

Required Qualification:- Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
