Job Description:

Position:      Maintenance Head

Location:     Bharuch - Jhagadia

Experience:   15 - 20  Years

Industries:    Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise mechanical, electrical and utility maintenance activities.
• Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
• Maintain reactors, pumps, agitators, compressors, gearboxes, valves, pipelines and other process equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and ensure minimum production downtime.
• Coordinate with Production, EHS and Engineering teams for maintenance activities.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, spare parts and critical equipment.
• Ensure proper maintenance of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, compressors and utility systems.
• Manage maintenance contractors and technicians at site.
• Maintain maintenance records, checklists, reports and equipment history.
• Ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO, safety procedures and chemical plant safety standards.
• Support shutdown, annual maintenance and plant modification activities.
• Identify recurring equipment problems and implement RCA and corrective actions.
• Control maintenance costs and optimize manpower and spare-parts usage.
