Job Description:
Position: Maintenance Head
Location: Bharuch - Jhagadia
Experience: 15 - 20 Years
Industries: Chemical
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise mechanical, electrical and utility maintenance activities.
- Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain reactors, pumps, agitators, compressors, gearboxes, valves, pipelines and other process equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and ensure minimum production downtime.
- Coordinate with Production, EHS and Engineering teams for maintenance activities.
- Monitor maintenance schedules, spare parts and critical equipment.
- Ensure proper maintenance of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, compressors and utility systems.
- Manage maintenance contractors and technicians at site.
- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, reports and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO, safety procedures and chemical plant safety standards.
- Support shutdown, annual maintenance and plant modification activities.
- Identify recurring equipment problems and implement RCA and corrective actions.
- Control maintenance costs and optimize manpower and spare-parts usage.
