Position: Sr.. Manager - Production
Location: Vapi
Experience: 15 – 20 Year
Industries: Chemical
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage overall production operations and batch processing.
- Achieve production targets related to volume, quality, yield, productivity, and cost.
- Manage batch manufacturing, process optimization, troubleshooting, and cycle-time improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with EHS, process safety, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Lead safety initiatives including risk assessments, HAZOP, incident investigations, and audits.
- Manage and develop production teams, including shift operations and manpower planning.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, EHS, R&D, and Supply Chain teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
