Job Description:

Position:      Sr. Officer/Executive - EHS

Location:      Daman

Experience:   6  - 8  Years

Industries:    Engineering

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor EHS policies, safety procedures, and statutory compliance.
• Conduct regular Safety Inspections, HIRA/JSA, and Risk Assessments.
• Identify unsafe acts/conditions and ensure timely Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Conduct Safety Induction, Toolbox Talks, and Employee Safety Training.
• Manage Emergency Preparedness, Fire Safety, Mock Drills, and Evacuation Procedures.
• Investigate Accidents, Near Misses, and Incidents and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Monitor PPE compliance, machine safety, work-at-height, confined space, hot work, and other high-risk activities.
• Implement and monitor Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems.
• Monitor Contractor Safety and ensure compliance with site safety requirements.
• Maintain EHS records, reports, inspections, and support internal/statutory audits.
• Promote a strong Safety Culture across the manufacturing facility.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary: Upto 5.00 LPA
