Position:         CSR Auditor

Location:        Vapi

Experience:     3 - 7 Years

Responsibilities

•  Plan, schedule, and conduct CSR audits at manufacturing sites, suppliers, or company facilities.

• Evaluate compliance with labour laws, occupational health and safety requirements, environmental regulations, and ethical business practices.
•  Review company policies, procedures, records, and documentation related to CSR compliance.
•  Conduct employee and management interviews to verify compliance with CSR standards.
• Inspect workplaces to assess working conditions, health and safety measures, and environmental practices.
• Identify non-conformities, risks, and areas for improvement. Prepare accurate audit reports with findings, evidence, and recommendations.
•  Monitor and verify the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
•  Ensure compliance with customer codes of conduct and international standards such as ISO 26000, SA8000, as applicable.
• Maintain audit records and ensure confidentiality of information. Provide guidance and training on CSR requirements and best practices.
• Stay updated on changes in labor laws, environmental regulations, and CSR standards.

Required Skills

•  Knowledge of CSR standards and auditing principles.

• Understanding of labor laws, environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, interviewing, and report-writing skills.

•  Attention to detail and objectivity.
•  Ability to travel for on-site audits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and audit reporting software

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Environmental
