Job Description:

Position:      Production Executive

Location:      Ahmedabad

Experience:   2 – 3 Year

Industries:    Medical Devices

Responsibilities:

• Execute daily production activities as per the production plan to meet quality and delivery targets.
• Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to approved SOPs, GMP, and ISO 13485 requirements.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials to achieve production efficiency.
• Maintain production records, batch manufacturing records (BMR), logbooks, and daily production reports.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Stores, and Maintenance departments for smooth production operations.
• Monitor line performance and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and improve productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and workplace regulations on the production floor.
• Verify availability of raw materials, components, and packaging materials before production.
• Identify process improvements to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and optimize production costs.
• Train and guide operators on production procedures, safety practices, and quality standards.
• Support validation activities, internal audits, and regulatory inspections by maintaining proper documentation.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and traceability of materials and finished medical devices

• Strong Communication & Time Management

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
