Job Description:

Position:           Production Officer

Location:          Daman

Experience:       5 - 6 Years 

Industries:        Pharma

 Responsibilities:        

• Manage daily production activities as per production plan and targets.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOP, QMS, and safety requirements.
• Maintain BMR, batch records, logbooks, and production documentation.
• Monitor process parameters, yield, productivity, and material consumption.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
• Handle QMS activities, deviations, CAPA, change control, and audit compliance.
• Monitor and maintain ETO sterilization process and related documentation, where applicable.
• Identify process/equipment issues and support RCA and corrective actions.
• Ensure proper manpower utilization and operator training.
• Drive process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.

 Required Skills:

• Good verbal, written and computer communication skills
• Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Self-motivated and confident with positive attitude

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry

Salary: - Upto 5.00 LPA
