Position:        Executive/Sr. Executive - QA/QC

Location:       Manesar - Gurgaon

Experience:    2 - 5 Years

 Responsibilities:-

• Manage and control all QMS documents, including SOPs, Work Instructions, Formats, Manuals, and Policies.
• Maintain document master lists, revision history, and version control to ensure only approved documents are in use.
• Issue, update, distribute, and withdraw controlled documents as per document control procedures.
• Ensure quality and production records are maintained accurately, stored systematically, and retained as per company requirements.
• Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits in accordance with applicable quality management standards.
• Prepare audit reports, identify non-conformities (NCs), and track corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure compliance with QMS, IMS, and regulatory requirements.
• Support customer, certification, and regulatory audits by preparing and providing required documentation and records.
• Monitor quality system performance through KPI tracking, audit findings, and data analysis, and recommend improvements.
• Assist in developing, revising, and implementing quality procedures, SOPs, and documentation to drive continuous improvement and maintain audit readiness.

 Required Skills

•  Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, BRC Packaging, and FSC CoC systems.
•  Trained Internal Auditor (preferred).
•  Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and documentation control software.
•  Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and good communication skills.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.Sc - Printing/Chemistry

Salary: - Upto 7.00 LPA
