Job Description:

Position:         Asst/Dy. Manager – Manufacturing

Location:        Slivassa

Experience:     8 - 10 Years

Industries:      Cosmetic

Responsibilities: 

  • Always maintain good hygiene and housekeeping in all manufacturing areas, ensuring adherence to personal hygiene, GMP, and safety standards.
  • Manage production planning, workflow optimization, and effective resource allocation.
  • Prepare and execute the daily manufacturing plan, mixer‑wise.
  • Maintain daily manufacturing records and ensure there is no bulk downtime.
  • Ensure FTIR testing is completed for all batches produced.
  • Check the condition of all equipment regularly and promptly report any maintenance issues.
  • Maintain WIP stock as per the system and ensure strict waste control.
  • Record daily SFG data shift‑wise.
  • Ensure adherence to GMP, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams including chemists, supervisors, and production staff to ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage projects related to innovation and improvement under project management activities.
  • Escalate any GMP-related irregularities or abnormal incidents to the reporting manager immediately.
  • Ensure that the Integrated Management System (IMS) conforms to the requirements of the relevant international standards.
  • Ensure that all processes consistently deliver their intended outputs.
  • Report on the performance of the Integrated Management System and identify opportunities for improvement to top management.
  • Promote customer focus throughout the organization.
  • Ensure the integrity of the Integrated Management System is maintained when changes are planned or implemented.
  • Ensure that the defined procedures and practices of the Integrated Management System are deployed effectively, understood by all personnel involved, and complied with consistently. 

Required Skills

  • Good in communication
  • Problem-solving.
  • Organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, maintenance software).

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary: - Upto 10.00 LPA
