Position: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Vapi
Experience: 1 - 3 Year
Industries: Chemical
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth execution of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain plant equipment and utilities in good working condition.
- Ensure availability of maintenance spares and tools.
- Support uninterrupted utility supply for plant operations.
- Coordinate with production and other departments.
- Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
- Promote safe work practices and technical skill development.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Maintain Water Ring Vacuum Pumps and Steam Traps.
- Monitor and manage maintenance spare parts.
- Support workshop repair and maintenance jobs.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement CAPA.
- Maintain maintenance reports and records.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance and AMC services.
- Support procurement of maintenance equipment and spares.
- Train and guide maintenance technicians.
- Follow all safety and engineering procedures.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of MS office.
- Good in communication.

Required Qualification: -Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical
