Job Description:

 Position:          Quality Inspector

Location:          Dadra & Nagar Haveli

Experience:       1 - 3 Years

Industries:        Polymer - MNC

Responsibilities:     

• Maintain records of all quality control activities and inspection results.
• Ensure smooth implementation and compliance of IATF 16949, QMS, and other applicable certification requirements at Plot 26.
• Maintain quality and customer-related documentation, including PPAP, control plans, inspection reports, and related records.
• Prepare and maintain certification checklists and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Follow and promote organizational safety policies and 5S practices within the department.
• Provide backup support for production activities whenever required.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while demonstrating professional ethics and organizational values.
• Conduct quality testing activities such as: Melt Flow Index (MFI),Color Matching,Pallet Weight Verification,Contamination Check,Injection Moulding
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, sustainable growth, and consistent product quality.
• Ensure implementation and maintenance of 5S standards within the department; train and
• review zone leaders periodically and ensure closure of observations raised during safety walks, audits, and near-miss incidents.
• Collect and dispatch samples as per approved sampling plans and customer requirements.
• Maintain calibration schedules and ensure timely calibration of inspection and testing equipment.
• Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure products meet specified standards.
• Monitor production processes and immediately report any quality deviations or non conformities.
• Segregate and identify non-conforming products and assist in corrective and preventive action implementation.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports as required.

Required Skills:

• Good Communication (Vocal and written)
• Knowledge of IATF & QMS process
• Lab management & lab machine handling

Required Qualification:- Any Graduation 

Salary :- Upto 4.00 LPA
