Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day production activities as per production plan.
Operate and monitor reactors, centrifuges, dryers, and other process equipment.
Follow Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and reaction time.
Ensure proper charging of raw materials and maintain batch records.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, and Maintenance departments.
Maintain GMP, safety, and housekeeping standards in the production area.
Troubleshoot process issues to ensure smooth production.
Monitor manpower and allocate work during shifts.
Ensure product quality and achieve daily production targets.
Minimize process losses and improve productivity.
Prepare daily production reports and complete documentation accurately.

Required Skills

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry
