Job Description:
Position: Sr. Manager - IT
Location: Piplod - Surat
Experience: 15 - 20 Years
Industries: Chemical
Responsibilities:
- Support Operations Management
- Manage and support operations for computer hardware and software, providing front-line assistance for business applications, communication platforms, and networks at the plant level.
- Diagnose and resolve simple application problems, and route/escalate complex issues where appropriate.
- Overall IT Operations Management
- Manage the overall IT operations related to service delivery for all ARIL locations. Implement network and server segmentation based on company/user group/geography requirements.
- Ensure effective and Seamless handling of IT Operations, Projects, Budget planning and preparation, Customer relationships, Enterprise user security (EUS) management, People, Vendor, Asset Management, and Business continuity management with Team Leading.
- Network Management
- Manage the WAN network and links (MPLS, ILL, Internet) across all locations.
- Configure and administer network devices for optimal performance and security.
- System Administration
- Deploy, install, configure, and administer systems and servers to ensure reliability and performance.
- Operations Review & Performance Monitoring
- Lead operations reviews of IT services, covering employee satisfaction, SLA performance, and operational metrics.
- Monitor aging tickets, ticket quality, IT assets allocation/deallocation, etc. Incident Tracking
- Log and track all incidents and requests on the helpdesk system, ensuring SLAs
- Cybersecurity & Data Management
- Oversee the maintenance and development of a secure and reliable IT infrastructure.
- Initiate data management and analytics to support decision-making.
- Drive cybersecurity measures to preserve organizational assets.
- Project Management & Budget Planning
- Handle IT projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Prepare and manage IT budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Compliance & Security
- Manage active directory, endpoint security, and implement data and cybersecurity tools.
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor IT staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor relationships, asset management, and business continuity planning.
Required Skills
- Essential KSA (Knowledge, Skills, Attributes) & Functional Competencies
- Strong knowledge of network management, server administration, and cybersecurity best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Required Qualification: - BCA/MCA
