 Position:        Sr. Engineer - Facility

Location:         Palghar

Experience:     5 - 6 Years

Industries:      Packaging

Responsibilities: 

• Review and interpret civil and mechanical drawings for project planning and execution.
• Execute and supervise civil projects from inception to final finishing, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate and monitor facility-related mechanical works, including fabrication, utility installations, and electrical maintenance activities.
• Plan, execute, and supervise furniture installation, modification, and maintenance works.
• Verify and process contractor, vendor, and project-related bills and ensure accurate documentation.
• Plan, manage, and supervise housekeeping activities to maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the facility.
• Monitor and manage water supply, storage, distribution, and conservation systems within the facility.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely completion of maintenance and improvement projects.
• Ensure all facility infrastructure is properly maintained, upgraded, and kept in a safe, functional, neat, and clean condition.
• Follow safety, quality, and statutory compliance requirements related to facility management and infrastructure maintenance.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, working capital management, and supply chain logistics.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP) and data analytical tools for forecasting and cost analysis.
• Team player
• Good time-management skills

Required Qualification: - Diploma - Engineer/Civil

Salary: - Upto 5.00 LPA
