Position:      QA Manager

Location:       Vapi

Experience:   8 - 15 Years

Industries:    Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of QA Engineers and Test Analysts.
• Define and implement QA processes, standards, and best practices.
• Develop test strategies, test plans, and quality metrics.
• Drive test automation and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, DevOps, and Business Stakeholders.
• Oversee functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing activities.
• Monitor defect trends, test coverage, and release quality metrics.
• Manage test environments, tools, and testing infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate QA team members.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure successful product releases

Required Skills:

• trong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar.
• Experience with defect management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.
• Knowledge of API testing, database testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Required Qualification: - B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc - Chemsitry

Salary :-  Upto 11.00 LPA
