Job Description:

Position:    Store Executive

Location:    Umbergaon  - Vapi

Experience:   3 - 6 Years

Industries:    Plastic 

Responsibilities:

  • Stores Operations
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
  • Ensure proper storage and identification of raw materials, consumables, packing materials, and finished goods.
  • Maintain systematic storage practices and designated material locations.
  • Follow FIFO (First In First Out) practices wherever applicable.
  • Monitor material movement within the factory premises.
  • Inventory Control & Record Maintenance
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/Tally/Excel systems.
  • Track stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock verification and assist in stock reconciliation.
  • Report inventory discrepancies for corrective action.
  • Maintain stock registers and inventory documentation.
  • Material Receipt & Issue
  • Issue materials to production against authorized requisitions.
  • Record material consumption, returns, and stock movements.
  • Coordinate material inward and outward activities.
  • Update Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and material issue records on a timely basis.
  • Label Printing & Barcode Activities
  • Generate and print product labels, barcode labels, and dispatch labels as per production and customer requirements.
  • Verify the accuracy of label information before printing and issuance.
  • Maintain records relating to label issuance and barcode generation.
  • Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Dispatch teams regarding label requirements.
  • Documentation & Record Keeping
  • Maintain stores-related documents, registers, and records.
  • Prepare stock reports and inventory-related MIS as required.
  • Ensure proper filing of invoices, delivery challans, inward records, and material movement documents.
  • Maintain barcode-related inventory records and supporting documentation.
  • Coordination
  • Coordinate with the Purchase Department regarding material requirements and shortages.
  • Coordinate with the Production Department for material planning and consumption tracking.
  • Coordinate with the Accounts Department for stock reconciliation and inventory-related records.
  • Provide required documents and information during internal and external audits.
  • Housekeeping & Safety
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the stores area.
  • Ensure proper stacking and storage of materials.
  • Follow safe material handling and storage practices.
  • Support workplace safety and inventory control initiatives.

 

Required Skills:

  • Experience in ERP/Tally-based inventory management preferred.
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of inventory management processes.
  • Understanding of stock reconciliation and material tracking.
  • Experience in label printing and barcode management will be an added advantage.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
