Position:      Asst. Manager - Finance

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess opportunities to control and reduce costs across all units and business functions.
• Conduct detailed cost–benefit analyses, evaluating investment requirements against projected long-term benefits.
• Define measurable KPIs for approved cost-saving measures and ensure timely implementation and reporting to management through a structured report.
• Assist in preparation of Annual Budgets for the company.
• Monitor Budget Vs. Actual performance, highlight variances.
• Apply thorough knowledge of IND AS and accounting fundamentals
• Support evaluation of Capital expenditure proposals, including ROI and payback period calculations.
• Maintain an investment tracker for ongoing projects, monitoring performance against expected outcomes.
• Partner with operations, procurement, production and other functions to gather relevant financial data and implement financial strategies.
• Provide financial insights for inter departmental projects and cross functional initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, budgeting, forecasting, investment evaluation and strategic decision-making.
• Build scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess the financial impact of key business assumptions, cost initiatives, investments and operational changes.
• Use financial models to evaluate business performance, project profitability, ROI, payback period and long-term financial outcomes.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
• Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualification: - CA
