Job Description:

Position:      Account Executive

Location:      Daman

Experience:  3 - 5 Years

Industries:    Packaging 

Responsibilities:        

• Prepare and maintain standard costing, actual costing, and product cost sheets.
• Perform cost, margin, and profitability analysis.
• Manage inventory accounting, reconciliations, ageing analysis, and stock verification.
• Handle end-to-end import accounting, documentation, and related expense tracking.
• Prepare MIS reports, management dashboards, and business analytics.
• Monitor fixed assets, CWIP, and asset capitalization.
• Ensure compliance with Internal Financial Controls (IFC) and audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, efficiency improvement, and working capital management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Purchase, EXIM, and Finance teams for accurate reporting and decision suppor.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Costing, Inventory Accounting, and Import Accounting with experience in cost analysis, inventory reconciliation, and MIS reporting.
• Good understanding of IFC, audit processes, compliance requirements, and proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with a high level of ownership and attention to detail. skills section

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
