Job Description:

Position:      Sr. Executive/Assistant Manager - Finance

Location:       Surat

Experience:    5 - 10 Years 

Industries:     Chemical

Responsibilities:

  • Banking Finance & Loan Management
  • Prepare CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) reports as per the requirements of banks and financial institutions.
  • Prepare, compile, and submit proposals for fresh and existing bank loan facilities.
  • Prepare detailed Project Reports for Term Loan facilities and other funding requirements.
  • Coordinate with banks for sanction, renewal, enhancement, and documentation of credit facilities.
  • Manage all activities related to security perfection for bank loan facilities, including charge creation, documentation, and regulatory filings.
  • Banking Compliance & Reporting
  • Prepare and submit Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual financial information and compliance reports to banks.
  • Prepare and submit Monthly and Quarterly FFR (Financial Follow-up Report) statements within stipulated timelines.
  • Generate and submit various banking MIS reports as required by banks and management.
  • Ensure timely submission of stock statements, debtor statements, QIS reports, and other periodic banking requirements.
  • Track compliance requirements and ensure timely fulfilment of all banking covenants and conditions.
  • Audit & Documentation
  • Handle stock audit processes, including data compilation, auditor coordination, and closure of observations.
  • Credit Rating & Financial Analysis
  • Prepare and compile financial, operational, and business information required by Credit Rating Agencies (CRAs) for annual surveillance and fresh rating assignments.
  • Prepare rating presentation materials, financial analysis reports, and business performance summaries for management review and rating discussions.
  • Monitor rating covenants, compliance requirements, and timelines to ensure timely completion of rating exercises.
  • Maintain records of rating reports, rating rationales, surveillance communications, and related documentation.
  • Track rating actions, outlook changes, and industry developments impacting the company's credit rating profile.
  • Other Responsibilities
  • Handle any other work related to banking channels and financial institutions.
  • Assist in process improvements related to banking operations, reporting, and compliance.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of all banking- related information.
  • Track compliance requirements and ensure timely fulfilment of all banking covenants and conditions.
  • Support management in banking
