Job Description:

Position:       Field Operator

Location:      Lote - Ratnagiri

Experience:   6 - 7 Years

Industries:    Chemical MNC

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with stores for RM / PM issues
  • Vessel cleaning check prior to batch charging.
  • Start Batch preparation and charging of RM.
  • Vigilant process monitoring and provide regular field report to shift manager regarding process and abnormalities observed.
  • Highlight deviations immediately to avoid rework / failure and control delay in delivery.
  • Submit in-process sample to QC for analysis & obtain results, record results in batch card and sample register.
  • Arrange packing of the product, ensure that there are no stains / spills on the drum top – hand over the drums in clean condition to stores.
  • Implement / Maintain HSE practices in activities.
  • Always maintain the production plant in good, clean condition free from spillages and wastes by effective use of housekeeping personnel.
  • Follow guidelines for waste management / HSE requirement.
  • Follow the unloading checklist & loading / unloading activities in Tan form area.
  • Ensure that packed product is positively identified with batch no / lot no, product name, drum no (batch wise), net wt, gross wt, to avoid wrong dispatches.
  • Compliance to all work instructions, operating instructions and HSE guidelines.
  • Proper equipment handling and upkeep of equipment.
  • Report abnormalities noted in the operations, equipment functioning.
  • Ensure equipment calibration prior to use.
  • Compliance to all work instructions, operating instructions and HSE guidelines.

  • To impart awareness on HSE and relevant operational controls to all workmen.
  • Execute as per roles and duties specified in the Emergency Response Plan

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of Batch Process / Continuous Process
  • Handling of various chemical plant equipments (Glass-lined reactor, Dryer, Centrifuge)
  • Skills Communication (written & verbal), Planning, Learning skills, Troubleshooting

Required Qualification: - ITI -AOCP/Diploma - Chemical

Salary :- Upto 8.00 LPA
