Job Description:

Position:         Maintenance Executive

Location:        Slivassa

Experience:     4 - 5 Years

Industries:      Chemical

Responsibilities: 

• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for plant equipment and machinery.
• Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Attend and resolve machine breakdowns to minimize production downtime.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules and records.
• Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
• Ensure proper functioning of utilities such as compressors, boilers, HVAC systems, generators, water systems, and electrical equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement requirements.
• Assist in installation, commissioning, and qualification of new equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, maintenance procedures, and company policies.
• Participate in root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support energy conservation and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Prepare maintenance reports and equipment performance data.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance practices.
• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and utility-related issues.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, maintenance software).

Required Qualification: -Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical

Salary: - Upto 6.00 LPA
