Position:      Asst. Manager/Manager - QC

Location:      Ankleshwar 

Experience:   8 - 10  Years

 Responsibilities:  

• Quality Control Operations

•  

  Oversee day-to-day quality control activities for raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and customer specifications.
• Monitor inspection and testing procedures to maintain product quality.
• Approve or reject materials/products based on quality standards.
• Process & Compliance Management
• Implement and maintain QC systems and documentation.
• Ensure adherence to ISO, GMP, HACCP, FDA, or other applicable standards.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Participate in internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Team Management
• Lead and supervise QC team members and lab technicians.
• Train employees on quality procedures, testing methods, and compliance requirements.
• Allocate tasks and monitor team performance.
• Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare QC reports, trend analysis, and quality metrics for management review.
• Maintain testing records, calibration logs, and quality documentation.
• Analyze customer complaints and coordinate resolution with production and QA teams.
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce defects and enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with production and R&D teams for process optimization.
• Drive quality initiatives and best practices across operations.

 Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of quality control systems and testing procedures.
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO/GMP/HACCP/Six Sigma.
• Experience with quality documentation and audit handling.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and team management capabilities.

 Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry
