Position:        Plant Manager

Location:        Vapi

Experience:    10 - 15  Years

Industries:     Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Plant administration and operational coordination.
• Plant maintenance and utility maintenance.
• Coordination with GPCB, GIDC and other statutory authorities.
• Support and coordination with the production team.
• Labour supervision, attendance monitoring and workforce management.
• Coordination with purchase department and other factories.
• Coordination and follow-up with job work parties and other vendors.
• Warehouse supervision including material handling, housekeeping and stock record maintenance.
• Invoice checking, voucher verification and documentation control.
• Preparation of MIS reports.
• Maintenance of plant records, statutory documents and registers.
• Ensure discipline, safety compliance and smooth day-to-day functioning.

Required Skills

• Experience in chemical / dyes / dye intermediates manufacturing industry preferred.
• Good coordination and administrative skills.
• Knowledge of factory compliance and liaison work.
• Familiarity with plant operations, maintenance and labour handling.
• Computer knowledge including Excel and ERP/SAP preferred.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Chemical
