Job Description:
Position: Manager - HR
Location: Gandhidham
Experience: 8 -10 Years
Industries: Packaging
Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, and social media.
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
- Develop hiring strategies to attract quality talent.
- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring metrics.
- Training & Development
- Identify training needs across departments.
- Plan and execute employee training and development programs.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
- Support leadership development and skill enhancement initiatives.
- HR Compliances
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate audits and inspections related to HR compliance.
- Update HR policies as per legal requirements.
- Employee Engagement
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Drive initiatives for employee motivation, retention, and workplace culture.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and action planning.
- Promote organizational values and team collaboration.
- Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
- Manage attendance, leave records, incentives, overtime, and deductions.
- Coordinate with finance/accounts for salary disbursement.
- Ensure payroll compliance with statutory regulations.
- Handle employee queries related to salary and benefits.
