Job Description:

Position:          Manager - HR 

Location:         Gandhidham 

Experience:      8 -10 Years

Industries:       Packaging

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, consultants, referrals, and social media.
  • Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
  • Develop hiring strategies to attract quality talent.
  • Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring metrics.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs across departments.
  • Plan and execute employee training and development programs.
  • Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
  • Support leadership development and skill enhancement initiatives.
  • HR Compliances
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Handle PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliances.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate audits and inspections related to HR compliance.
  • Update HR policies as per legal requirements.
  • Employee Engagement
  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
  • Drive initiatives for employee motivation, retention, and workplace culture.
  • Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
  • Conduct employee feedback surveys and action planning.
  • Promote organizational values and team collaboration.
  • Payroll Management
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and within timelines.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, incentives, overtime, and deductions.
  • Coordinate with finance/accounts for salary disbursement.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Handle employee queries related to salary and benefits.
