Job Description:

Position:         Sr. Sales Engineer

Location:         Bhiwandi - Mumbai

Experience:     3 - 5 Years 

Industries:      Engineering

Responsibilities: 

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Drive sales of LAMILUX GRP products (rooflights, liner panels, cladding sheets, etc.) across South India.
  • Develop and expand OEM business opportunities with:
  • OEM/Bus body builders
  • Reefer truck manufacturers
  • Dry box / container builders
  • Shelter homes/Caravans & Portable Cold Rooms
  • Identify and aggressively pursue new business opportunities within GRP/composites applications and markets.
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, contractors, EPC companies, consultants, and end-users.
  • Demonstrate strong ownership and hunger to grow the business, consistently achieving and exceeding regional sales targets.
  • Technical Application Support
  • Provide consultative, customer-centric solutions by recommending the right GRP applications based on customer requirements.
  • Support OEMs and industrial customers with technical specifications, material selection, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demos, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate on application design discussions for GRP integration in transportation and industrial use cases.
  • Project Tracking & Execution
  • Own and manage the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to order closure.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, technical validation, and timely execution.
  • Conduct site visits and proactively resolve technical challenges with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
  • Market Development & Intelligence
  • Identify new applications and growth areas for GRP products, especially in transportation (bus/reefer/dry freight) and industrial segments.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends within the composites space.
  • Provide structured sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market insights.
