Job Description:

Position:         Instrumentation Engineer

Location:        Jhagadia nearby Ankleshwar

Experience:    4 - 6  Years

Industries:     Chemical

Responsibilities:-

• General specification of field instruments.
• Preparation of Instrument index and I/O list.
• Preparation of datasheets for valves and instruments.
• Selection and sizing of control valves.
• Preparation of hookup drawings.
• Preparation of loop drawings.
• Preparation of engineering deliverables like cable tray layouts & instrument location drawings.
• Program automated instruments on new processes in case of unit addition of existing instruments
• Provide adequate supplementary instrument(s) in case of unavailability of spares leading to delays in repairs

Required Skills :-

• Experience in DCS , PLC, SIS and Field Instruments includes different types transmitters, control valves, switches, analyzers, sensors, RTDs, Thermocouples and drain valves etc
• Should have decent knowledge on reading the engineering documents like PFDs, I/O list/ P&ID, Point database etc .
• Strong technical and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to handle technical tasks independently.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Instrumentation

Salary :-  Upto 7.00LPA
