 Position:          Head - Accounts & Finance

Location:          Vapi

Experience:      15 - 20 Years

Industries:       Automobile

Responsibilities:        

• Preparation and finalization of balance sheet and financial statements
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting
• Manage end-to-end TDS compliance, including deduction and reconciliation
• Timely filing of TDS returns and handling related notices/assessments
• Oversee GST compliance, including return filing and payments
• Conduct regular GST reviews to ensure accuracy and legal compliance
• Manage banking activities and maintain relationships with banks
• Monitor cash flow, fund flow, and working capital requirements
• Handle loan documentation and ensure compliance with banking norms
• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and accounting standards
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits
• Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls
• Lead, guide, and supervise the accounts and finance team

Required Skills:

• Sound knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and controls.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of GST and Indian financial regulations.

Required Qualification:- MBA - Finance/CA - Inter  

Salary :- Upto 18.00 LPA
