Job Description:

Position:        Manufacturing Executive

Location:       Bhilad nearby Vapi

Experience:    3 - 6 Years

Industries:     Cosmetic

Responsibilities:

• Bulk Manufacturing Operations:
• Execute Planning and monitor bulk manufacturing processes including Raw material Handling, weighing, mixing, blending, and batch preparation as per approved formulas and SOPs. Ensure production targets and batch schedules are completed on time & optimise the resources.
• Quality Checks
• Supervise In-process quality checks such as appearance, viscosity, pH, and other standard parameters. Coordinate with QC/QA for sampling and ensure products meet approved specifications.
• Documentation
•  Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), logbooks, check sheets and production reports. Ensure all manufacturing activities are properly documented according to GMP requirements.
• Safety & Compliance:
• Follow safety procedures, hygiene standards, 5S and GMP practices within the manufacturing area. Ensure proper handling of raw materials, chemicals, and equipment. Maintain Area sanitization and hygiene of area.
• Coordination & Process Control
• Close Coordinate with warehouse, QC, QA, and maintenance teams for smooth production operations. Report deviations, equipment issues, or process abnormalities to the Production Manager.

Required Qualification:- Diploma/B.Sc/M.Sc/B.E/B.Tech - Chemistry
