Job Description:

Position:        Asst. Manager - Electrical

Location:       Daman

Experience:    4 - 5 Years

Industries:     Pharma Formulation

Responsibilities:        

• Ensure uninterrupted power supply to all production and critical utility areas
• Maintain HT/LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS, PCC/MCC systems
• Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and minimize production downtime
• Handle electrical systems of HVAC (AHUs, chillers, cooling towers, exhaust systems)
• Monitor and maintain cleanroom HVAC controls (temperature, humidity, differential pressure)
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (USFDA, WHO, etc.)
• Maintain electrical documentation, SOPs, and audit-ready records
• Implement and monitor energy-saving initiatives across plant utilities
• Ensure proper earthing, safety systems, and adherence to electrical safety norms (LOTO)
• Support validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) of HVAC and electrical systems
• Coordinate with production and QA for smooth plant operations
• Supervise technicians and manage contractor activities
• Maintain inventory of critical electrical and HVAC spares
• Plan and execute electrical and HVAC-related projects and improvements

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Electrical  

Salary: -  Upto 5.00 LPA
