Job Description:
Position: Shift Engineer - Production
Location: Daman
Experience: 2 - 3 Years
Industries: Plastic
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage production activities during the shift
- Ensure production targets are achieved with optimal efficiency
- Monitor and control plastic processing operations such as injection molding, extrusion, or blow molding
- Maintain product quality as per standards and specifications
- Troubleshoot machine and process issues to minimize downtime
- Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdowns and preventive maintenance
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
- Maintain production reports, shift logs, and documentation
- Follow and enforce safety, health, and environmental guidelines
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, etc.)
Required Skills:
- Understanding of quality control systems
- Basic knowledge of maintenance practices
- Good communication and reporting skills
Required Qualification: CIPET
Salary :- Upto 4.40 LPA
