Position:        Quality Executive

Location:       Bhilad nearby Vapi

Experience:    3 - 5 Years

Industries:     Cosmetic

Responsibilities:

• Perform in-process and final quality inspections of cosmetic products.
• Maintain and review batch manufacturing records (BMR) and batch packing records (BPR).
• Handle deviation, change control, CAPA, and customer complaints
• Conduct raw material, packaging material, and finished goods testing as per specifications
• Monitor hygiene, GMP, and safety practices on the production floor
• Coordinate with production, R&D, and warehouse teams for quality-related issues
• Ensure proper documentation and data integrity for audits and regulatory compliance
• Support internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness
• Maintain calibration and validation records of instruments and equipment

Required Skills

• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and cosmetic regulations
• Familiarity with quality control tools and documentation systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and team coordination abilities
• Attention to detail and compliance-focused mindset

Required Qualification:- B.Pharm/M.Pharm/M.Sc/B.E/B.Tech - Chemical

Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
