Job Description:

Position:       Shift Inspector - Quality 

Location:      Daman

Experience:   4 - 5 Years

Industries:    FMCG - MNC

Responsibilities:

• Incoming Quality control compliances as per quality control plan. Incoming Quality Inspection Test Report.

• Various test to be performed as per requirement by customer / TDS. Incoming Quality inspection Test Report.

• Incoming material sampling as per ISO sampling or customer standards. incoming Quality Inspection Test Report.

• Coordinate with suppliers related to material compliance, conformity. Incidents reporting.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders related to material compliance, conformity. Internal Stakeholders.
• Support team members during RCA / CAPA, for the defect percentage calculation and check the severity of the defect. RCA [CAPA Report.
• Golden samples and Documentation management. On time completeness.
• Verification of testing equipment (Barcode verifier, Weighing balance etc) as per test method and frequency defined by Quality verification records.
• Follows alt Environmental, Quality and Safety requirements in the Plant as required by Zobele Standards. Incidents reporting.
• Ensure QMS compliance and maintenance at IQC and supports quality metrics/KPl. QMS Compliance.
• Ensure Trial testing as per TRF and share results. No., of testing done.
• Identification and monitoring of Accepted, rejected and Under hold materials. Standard Labels. Maintain 5S at work-place. Sustainability.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic 

Salary :- Upto 3.20 LPA
