Job Description:

Position:    Shift Leader - Production

Location:     Daman

Experience:  3 - 7 Years

Industries:    FMCG - MNC

Responsibilities:

• Leading entire shift related activity,

• Reviewing the production related line reports and record keeping with necessary approvals.
• Shift wise line performance report and share plant performance at shift end.
• Accident and incident and near miss report timely to the management.
• Handling manpower to distribute line wise as per need with coordination of Contractor and HR.
• Effective coordination with other departments to address the production downtime.
• Training workers and line leaders for achieving the target.
• Making SAP Entries shift wise & Inventory management.
• Ensure timely available of all resources required for production.
• Execute the GEMBA and Layer Process Audits on all line.
• Identify and develop potential skills & decision-making skill.
• Involve in effective production planning decision.
• Controlling unproductive activity in line with budgeted target.
• Time study of the line and layout compliance accuracy.
• Reviewing WI and SOPS from time to time and propose for required changes.
• Measure the overall performance of line leader and skill matrix updation time to time.
• Active participation in audit and compliances.
• Encourage line leaders and machine operators for Lean Activity.
• Involve in validation procedures,
• Daily performance meeting and shift changeover— handover.

Required Skills:

• Logical thinking.
• Organizing.
• Good in communication.
• Knowledge of SAP MM / ERP systems

Required Qualification: - Any Engineering

Salary :- Upto 4.50 LPA
