Position:        EHS Manager

Location:        Vapi

Experience:    8 - 10 Years

Industries:     Chemical

Responsibilities:

• Implement EHS Policies: Implement Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures in alignment with the plan.
• Compliance Monitoring: Oversee and ensure adherence to statutory compliances for all facilities.
• Risk Identification: Inspect facilities to identify potential safety, health, and environmental risks.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments (HIRA) for processes and ensure effective implementation of control measures.
• Training and Awareness: Develop and schedule training sessions covering workplace safety and other relevant topics.
• Train employees on emergency procedures and conduct regular mock and fire drills.
• Incident Management: Report and investigate incidents or accidents in accordance with established procedures.
• STP Operations Monitoring: Supervise operations of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) and monitor key parameters.
• ESG Data Management: Coordinate with stakeholders to capture Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) data and share it with the corporate EHS team.
• Other Duties: Perform additional duties as required/assigned

Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc/ B.E/B.Tech - Chemistry + ADIS/PDIS
