Job Description:
Position: Asst./Dy. Manager - Production
Location: Vapi
Experience: 10 - 12 Years
Industries: Pharma - API
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day API manufacturing operations (batch/continuous processes).
- Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, USFDA, MHRA, WHO, and other regulatory standards.
- Review and execute Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packing Records (BPR).
- Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure product quality and timely batch release.
- Monitor process parameters and ensure consistency in yield and quality.
- Handle deviations, CAPA, change control, and investigations.
- Ensure adherence to EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) guidelines.
- Plan production schedules to meet dispatch timelines.
- Optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Lead, train, and manage shop-floor teams and shift operations.
- Support audits (internal & external) and regulatory inspections.
- Other Duties: Perform additional duties as required/assigned
