Job Description:
Position: Sr. Engineer Production
Location: Ankleshwar
Experience: 8 - 10 Years
Industries: Plastic
Responsibilities:
-
Lead and execute daily production activities in the plastic manufacturing unit as per the defined production plan, ensuring timely achievement of targets with consistent quality.
- Take primary responsibility for blow moulding operations, including machine setup, process optimization and ensuring product consistency.
- Monitor and control overall production processes across plastic manufacturing lines, ensuring stable operations and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Drive optimum utilization of machines, molds, manpower, and resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production, process, and machine-related issues, applying root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate effectively with Quality, Maintenance, and Tool Room teams to ensure smooth operations, product compliance, and mold readiness.
- Implement initiatives to reduce rejection, rework, material wastage, and improve overall process efficiency.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators such as OEE, cycle time, and downtime, and drive continuous improvement actions.
- Maintain accurate production documentation including shift reports, production logs, downtime records, and performance data.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and statutory requirements while promoting 5S and shop floor discipline.
- Lead, supervise, and develop shop floor teams, ensuring proper training, performance monitoring, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Skills
-
Strong knowledge of HDPE materials and mould setting.

Experience handling high-speed production lines. - Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualification: - Diploma/ B.E/B. Tech - Mechanical
Salary :- Upto 7.20 LPA
