Job Description:

Position:         HR - Business Partner

Location:        Ahmedabad

Experience:    0 - 2 Years

Industry:       Infrastructure

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
    • Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
    • Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
    • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
  • Onboarding & Induction
    • Manage joining formalities and documentation
    • Conduct induction and orientation programs
    • Ensure smooth onboarding process using HRMS tools
  • Payroll Management
    • Process monthly payroll with accuracy
    • Handle PF, ESI, TDS, and statutory compliance
    • Maintain salary structure, attendance, and leave records
  • Full & Final Settlement (F&F)
    • Manage employee exit process and clearance
    • Prepare and process F&F settlements including leave encashment and gratuity
    • Conduct exit interviews and documentation
  • Employee Engagement
    • Plan engagement activities, events, and surveys
    • Improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture
  • HR Operations
    • Maintain employee records and documentation
    • Handle attendance, leave, and policy management
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws

Required Qualification: - MBA - HR 

Salary :- Upto 4.00 LPA
