Job Description:
Position: HR - Business Partner
Location: Ahmedabad
Experience: 0.6 - 2 Years
Industry: Infrastructure
Responsibilities:
- Understand manpower requirements from Department Heads (Production, Maintenance, Quality, SCM, etc.).
- Maintain and regularly update the Manpower Planning Sheet
- Identify manpower gaps and initiate hiring plans accordingly.
- Forecast urgent and replacement hiring needs.
- Prepare periodic manpower status reports for management.
- Conduct HR screening interviews (telephonic/virtual/face-to-face).
- Assess candidate suitability based on skills, attitude, stability, and salary expectations.
- Coordinate technical interviews with Department Heads.
- Collect interview feedback and ensure quick closure.
- Perform background and reference checks where required.
- Maintain recruitment tracker.
