Position: HR - Business Partner
Location: Ahmedabad

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database
- Onboarding & Induction
- Manage joining formalities and documentation
- Conduct induction and orientation programs
- Ensure smooth onboarding process using HRMS tools
- Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll with accuracy
- Handle PF, ESI, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Maintain salary structure, attendance, and leave records
- Full & Final Settlement (F&F)
- Manage employee exit process and clearance
- Prepare and process F&F settlements including leave encashment and gratuity
- Conduct exit interviews and documentation
- Employee Engagement
- Plan engagement activities, events, and surveys
- Improve employee satisfaction and workplace culture
- HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Handle attendance, leave, and policy management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws
