Position:      Programmer

Responsibilities:

• Engineer must have knowledge of Siemens S7-1200, S7-1500 & S7-300/400 Development programming software (TIA Port, Simatic Manager etc.)
• Engineer must have knowledge of Siemens different type of HMI Development programming software (TIA Port, Simatic Manager etc.)
• Engineer must have knowledge of Siemens SCADA WinCC Development programming software (WinCC Comfort, WinCC Basic, Advance, Professional etc.)
• Engineer must have different product of Siemens technological configuration idea or knowledge
• Engineer must have knowledge/understanding of VBA/C++/Script requirement language
• Engineer must have development & field execution experience of minimum 3-4 years with above programming software
• Able to review and understand design P & ID of different Machine for R&D / D&D workout
• Able to understand machine & field instrument with their working Behavior for programming concept in terms of DI/DO/AI/AO requirement
• Able to discuss process related query with design/client for technical clearance
• Able to generate require automation document like I/O details, communication details, Alarm matrix, Screen Navigation Manual, Interlock Schedule & Performance or any third part communication requirement details etc.
• Able to provide service Support for Automation complain and co- ordination between Internal client (FAT) / External client and service team
• Continually involve in Good Automation Manufacturing work practices within the center to improve efficiency and productivity
• Able to improvise with new industrial automation technology for further new development improvisation in system
• Take initiative and involvement for new product and new features development activity (R & D/D & D)
• Responsible to ensure quality of deliverables for projects/Jobs
• Follow ISO 9000 process as per PIPL Management requirement
• Able to take call as and when as per company need for different kind of activity provided by HOD/GM/Director etc.

 Required Skills:

• Good Communication skill
• Good Computer Software Application
• Good I Machine Programming Softwrae, VB/C/C++ etc.
• Good Presentation Skills

Required Qualification: - Diploma/BE/B.Tech - Electrical/Electronics

Salary :- Upto 6.00 LPA
