Job Description:

Position:       E-Plan Engineer

Location:      Gandhinagar

Experience:   3 - 5 Years

Responsibilities:

• Able to review and understand P & ID of different types of machines
• Able to Prepare Job Specific Input / Output List from P &ID for different types of machines
• Able to design Electrical control system based on the component rating specified in DQ Document for different types of Machines and co ordinate with design team for any deviation
• Able to co-ordinate with design for control panel related assembling feasibility discussion and corrective action
• Co-ordinate with vendor for Job specific control panel drawing assembling and fabrication
• Quality and pre inspection at vendor end for assembled control panel (job specific)
• Able to plan monthly consumable items activity for JOBs
• Issue Job specific control system material from store for Electrical assembling purpose (job specific / consumable etc.) for contractor
• Co-ordinate with our internal contractor for machine and control panel interconnectivity clearance
• Able to understand PIPL electronic system for rate confirmation and further accountability activity for contractor
• Power Up Electrical control panel for pretesting before internal FAT startup
• Identify QC issue and take up with internal concern/vendor
• Check PLC / HMI / SCADA System physical communication in terms of electrical concern
• Simulate All Input / Output / electrical circuit (i.e. heater / boiler operation interlocks / drive parameterization etc.) before internal FAT startup
• Able to design certified control panel with co-ordination to vendor (like FLP/ CE / UL etc.)
• Able to understand and process application related client specific complain with for upgradation in electrical drawing and functionality
• Take initiative and involvement for new product and new features development activity
• Follow ISO 9000 process for documentation as per company requirement
• Must have ePlan software experience of minimum 2-3 year with electrical drawing feasibility/understanding
• Able to take call as and when as per company need for different kind of activity provided by HOD/GM/Director etc.

 Required Skills:

• Good I Machine Programming Softwrae, VB/C/C++ etc.
• Good Presentation Skills

Required Qualification: - Diploma/BE/B.Tech - Electrical/Electronics

Salary :- Upto 5.5 LPA
