Position:      Project Manager

Location:       Bhopal

Experience:   7 - 10 Years

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of MEP works at construction and Railway project sites.
• Handle lift / elevator installation works with proper coordination of Electrical and Mechanical activities.

• Manage Railway project execution processes including planning, approvals, execution, testing and commissioning.

• Coordinate with Railway officials, architects, consultants, contractors and internal teams.

• Plan and control project budgets, schedules, manpower and resources.

• Review and manage technical drawings, shop drawings, submittals and project documentation.

• Oversee procurement activities, vendor development and material tracking at site.

• Ensure quality execution as per approved drawings, QAP and Railway standards.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety norms including PTW, PPE, toolbox talks, work-at-height and electrical safety.

• Conduct regular site inspections, progress reviews and reporting.

• Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site in a timely manner.

• Lead and motivate internal teams and vendor partners to achieve project targets.

• Complete understanding of Railway project execution procedures and approval processes.

•  

  Practical knowledge of required Railway documents including GAD, approved drawings and layouts.

• Experience in preparation and execution of Method Statements.

• Knowledge of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).

• Handling of inspection checklists, test reports and commissioning documents.

• Understanding of Railway safety plans, risk assessments and job safety analysis (JSA).

• Experience in managing Railway quality inspections and compliance requirements

 Required Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, elevators and MS structural works.
• Ability to read, understand and manage technical drawings and project documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work at project sites across Delhi/NCR
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and procurement software/ERP
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Electrical/Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 9.00 LPA
