Job Description:
Position: Executive - Maintenance & Utility
Location: Pardi
Experience: 3 - 4 Year
Industries: Packaging
Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth operation of all plant utilities (air compressors, chillers, cooling towers, boilers, DG sets)
- Maintain uninterrupted supply of electricity, water, and compressed air to production
- Monitor daily utility parameters and consumption levels
- Carry out preventive maintenance of injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion machines
- Attend and resolve machine breakdowns with minimum downtime
- Maintain maintenance schedules and records
- Troubleshoot electrical systems including motors, control panels, VFDs, and PLCs
- Handle mechanical maintenance of pumps, pipelines, valves, and hydraulic systems
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and consumables
- Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate with stores/procurement
- Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving measures
- Optimize utility performance and reduce operational costs
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory regulations
- Support internal and external audits (ISO, safety, environmental)
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and utility logs
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Supervise technicians and contract workers
- Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments
Required Skills
- Knowledge of plastic processing machines and plant utilities
- Strong troubleshooting skills (electrical & mechanical)
- Basic knowledge of PLC and VFD systems
- Good communication and team coordination skills
Required Qualification: -Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical/Civil
Salary :- Upto 5.00 LPA
