Position:      MIS Executive

Location:       Ankleshwar

Experience:    3 - 6 Years 

Industries:     Chemical 

Responsibilities:

• MIS Reporting & Analysis
• Prepare, maintain, and automate MIS reports for production, inventory, and costing.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Conduct variance analysis on production efficiency, inventory levels, and product costing.
• Track production output, downtime, and efficiency metrics.
• Monitor raw material consumption, stock levels, and wastage to support supply chain decisions.
• Highlight potential risks in inventory management and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed product costing reports, including overhead allocation and margin analysis.
• Support pricing decisions with cost-based insights.
• Assist finance teams in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Data Visualization & Automation
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI for real-time monitoring.
• Integrate data from ERP systems, Excel, and other sources into unified reporting platforms.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks to improve efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with production, finance, and supply chain teams to gather and validate data.
• Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Support audits and compliance requirements with accurate reporting.

 Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of production reporting, inventory management, and product costing.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas) and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation
